Phase 4 - Pluggable backends & polish. S3 storage backend, local AI backend (ollama/llava), GenericOAuth2Backend, cost tracking dashboard, keyboard shortcuts, album drag-reorder, periodic file integrity checker, performance work, and the optional audit export sink. Exit criteria: swapping storage or auth backends requires no core logic change, and a local-only deployment can disable cloud AI entirely. (Renumbered from v0.5.0 when v0.1.1 and v0.3.0 were inserted following the July 2026 audit.)
