Goal

A shareable visual summary of a year of operation — what ran when, most-shown schemes, push success rate, uptime — rendered as an attractive recap page.

Why it's valuable

A delightful reflection feature that also surfaces operational reality (reliability, coverage gaps). It largely visualizes data Iris already records in schedule_log and the audit log.

Sketch

Aggregate schedule_log + resolved calendar into a timeline: which scheme/event was active each night, colored by segment.
Stats: nights lit, top events/schemes, push success rate, notable failures.
Exportable/shareable (image or a static page); optional public link.

Acceptance criteria

A recap view aggregates a selected year's activity
Shows a colored timeline + summary stats
Exportable/shareable artifact
Reads existing logs; no new per-push data required
