Closing this onboarding PR manually. A full renovate.json was committed directly to main in #19, so Renovate is already activated and configured — this bare onboarding config is superseded. The dependency bumps that were bundled here will be reproposed as individual Renovate PRs under the new policy. Closing unmerged does not disable Renovate, since the config now lives on the default branch.
