Give each ShelfCard a scannable glance face (name + one-line want/hook + ~3 facts + voice/mannerism cue), with full detail one tap away, so cards read at arm's length during play rather than as walls of text. (#235)

Picking this up now on feat/242-glance-cards, building on the shelf MVP (#240) just merged.

Plan: each shelf card gets a collapsed glance face by default, with full detail one tap away (a "More/Less" toggle) — no wall of text at arm's length. Rich structured glance for NPC cards (name in the header + one-line want + occupation/pronouns facts + voice-cue; secret revealed on expand); a compact clamped-gist glance for other kinds (rumor/table/loot/lore/prep). Fully offline — the glance is derived from the existing card snapshot, so no model, migration, or re-adding cards.
