FoundryVTT Phase 4 - Operational hooks:
- Trigger a Foundry macro when a session is marked 'started' (load scene, activate playlist)
- Pull active scene/combat state into the session dashboard
Matrix / Element Bot Parity:
- Separate Matrix bot/service: linking, notifications, reaction voting, attendance
- Investigate recording via Element Call or a bridge before committing to full parity
