v4.4.0 - UX Overhaul: Design Exploration & Rebuild

P1. A total UX overhaul. Begins with broad design exploration — 5-10 wireframe concepts across every surface, then 3-5 full mockups with sample data for comparison and mix-and-match — before any implementation. Covers the design system, the mobile and at-the-table experience (three of four table surfaces are currently desktop-only), and the rebuild itself. Depends on v4.3.0's structural fixes landing first so the redesign is not built over broken plumbing.
