Phase 2 - Constraint propagation & collaboration. Near-duplicate detection, album ordering, group constraint propagation, person registry and apparent-age dating, group/stack decisions, back-of-photo OCR review, multi-user roles and attribution, disputed queue, comment threads, missing-page detection, saved queues, and backups. Exit criteria: derived constraints explain themselves in the UI, missing-page gaps are visible, and notifications fire for disputes and newly reviewable photos. (Renumbered from v0.3.0.)
