The reviewer-facing work that must land before dating thousands of photos is practical: thumbnails, queue navigation with next/previous and auto-advance, adopting an evidence date into the decision form in one click, image zoom, a comprehensible conflict state, bulk ingest with front/back pairing, and an accessibility baseline. Exit criteria: a full decision costs one or two interactions instead of seven, the browser shows photographs rather than placeholders and can reach every photo, and a reviewer can resume where they left off.
