Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
When a session ends, one-tap triage of every card touched tonight: promote to wiki (AI drafts the entry/merge via the draft-review rail), carry forward to next session, or discard. Turns improv into canon deliberately, in one pass. (#235)
Picking this up now (carry-forward #254 just landed, which this builds on). Mapping the draft-review rail first, then I'll post a concrete plan for the sweep flow (per-card Promote-to-wiki / Carry-forward / Discard) before building — the "promote" path's AI-draft-vs-direct-create shape is the main design call.
