v5.2.0 - FoundryVTT Phase 2.5: Live Scene Push

New issue

P3. Push generated NPCs/stats/tokens into a live Foundry scene during play. Follows NPC Push and precedes Lore Sync; depends on structured stat blocks (#130) and the game-aware registry (v3.9.0). Renumbered from v4.2.0 on 2026-08-25 (see #319). See docs/.internal/foundry-live-push-investigation-2026-07-15.md.
