- Install/configure ThreeHats foundryvtt-rest-api on the real Foundry instance first; document module + core version
- Per-campaign settings: Foundry server URL, API key (encrypted like BOT_API_KEY), system selector
- Connection health check before any real operation
- pf2e adapter: actor_to_member only
- Fetch actor by name, store payload + foundry_synced_at on CampaignMember
- Last-synced timestamp + manual refresh in member list
- Keep existing character_sheet_url/notes fallback
- Skip auto-sync schedules and the generic adapter (Phase 2)
